Bespoke

You would be supprised at some of the items we have been asked to manufacture a flight case for.

Bouncy castles (deflated of course)  are but one of the many purposes our cases are used for.

Basically these cases come under our bespoke manufactured cases made from 9mm Birch Ply Diamond Board as standard with full industrial standard fittings with various other options of fittings and finishing available.

Here are a few examples of some of our customers bespoke flight cases.

These cases are built in house to the spec of the customer and can be made from materials such as Diamond Board, Coloured Laminate of you choice and Astro Board for lighter weight.

To the right is a custom built flight case for a Laptop and Mixer.
 

Most of these flight cases are made from 9mm Birch Ply Diamond Board as standard but can be made from other thicknesess such as 6mm and 7mm Birch Ply to the customers requirements.

To the left is a flight case for two flat screen televisions.

All cases use heavy duty hardware from Penn such as Recessed Butterfly Catches, Recessed Handles and 4" Blue Casters.
